Ice treated areas for 15 minutes
Avoid touching injection sites
Sleep with head elevated
Avoid strenuous exercise 24 hours
No hot showers for 12 hours
Massage injection sites 5x daily
3First Week Care
Continue massage 5x daily
Avoid alcohol for 48 hours
No facials or laser treatments
Avoid saunas and steam rooms
Stay hydrated and moisturized
Daily SPF 30+ use essential

Continue massage 2x daily
