1Pre-Treatment Care
Avoid retinol/retinoids 3-4 days before
No exfoliation 2-3 days prior
Avoid sun exposure 1 week before
No waxing 5 days prior
Inform provider of skin conditions
Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin
2Immediate After Care
Apply gentle moisturizer immediately
Use SPF 30+ sunscreen right away
Avoid touching treated area
No makeup for 24 hours
Avoid hot showers for 12 hours
No exercise for 24 hours
3First Week Care
Continue daily SPF 30+ use
Use gentle cleanser only
Avoid retinol for 3-4 days
No harsh scrubs or exfoliants
Avoid saunas and steam rooms
Stay hydrated and moisturized
